Jerome is an established investment Real Estate Broker that is committed to trust, mentorship, excellence, and continued results. Our founder started his career at INCO Property Management & Sales in 2006. He has personally been involved in over 100+ transactions and has successfully managed millions of dollars in assets in Colorado.

Jerome's hands-on leadership is rare in any market. He provides experienced investors, as well as novice investors, with a surplus of knowledge and resources. He has experience in owning, managing and renovating property in the capacity of a personal nature, including
single family and multi-family apartment buildings in Colorado, Kentucky, and his native Illinois.
Brandon Wiseman
Broker Associate
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2015, Brandon launched a career in health and fitness. Having served as head coach and general manager at several gyms, he thrives in leadership positions and developing personal connections. Taking the opportunity to pursue a career as a Real Estate Investment Broker, Brandon joined the IMG team in the summer of 2019.

Brandon handles the day to day operations of property management, and has experience in commercial and residential transactions - including property renovation. In his short time with IMG, Brandon has cemented himself as an invaluable member of the team, and a future leader in the industry.

Brandon and his wife-to-be, live in Parker with their beautiful daughter. Together, they enjoy spending time outside and at the gym.
Jay Burbank
Leasing Specialist
Aside from being the most handsome IMG employee, Jay is also the most fun. A retired Army Veteran, Jay adds American hero to his resume as well.

After moving to Colorado in 1999, Jay gained quick experience in wholesaling, fix and flips, and property management. As a Leasing Specialist, he brings expertise and unique perspective to the IMG team. With a keen sense of Denver market trends, Jay manages listings, showings, and tenant relations.

A live music enthusiast, when Jay is not working, you can likely find him at any one of Denver's music venues.
Lorena De La Torre
Executive Assistant
Lorena is the Executive Assistant at Investment Management Group. She is also the person who greets you in office or over the phone!
Simply put, Lorena keeps the wheels on the bus at IMG. A typical work day involves data entry, bookkeeping, submitting and organizing maintenance requests, managing tenant relations, and keeping the boys of the office on task. She loves a fast-paced environment, and prides herself as a “supertasker”.
Lorena is a helper by nature and enjoys working with others. She values time spent with her children, gardening, cooking, reading, and a good Netflix binge.
Sophia Wiencek
Marketing Director
Sophia heads IMG's marketing department. With an interest in graphic design, she brings life to the brand. As the teams's Marketing Director, Sophia's focus is on providing value to IMG through design, and learning the ins and outs of the industry.
Sophia graduated high school in 2019 and chose to forgo college in an effort to pursue her interest in Property Management, Real Estate Investing, and Marketing. She grew up in southern Oregon, and recently moved to Colorado.
